We recommend to take one or two dropper fulls of Mullein Leaf Extract sublingually (under your tongue) and hold for some time before swallowing.  This method is the quickest way for herbal medicine to enter the bloodstream, which allows benefits to take place in as little as 15 minutes.

Alternatively, you can add the extract to any drink of your choice or simply swallow it.  Using this method, it may take 30 minutes to an hour for the medicinal benefits to take effect.
